How is nylon yarn made?
The main raw materials used by Mesbon to produce nylon textile yarn are polyamide chips (also known as nylon chips) which are made from caprolactam (CPL) which is a by-product of crude oil.
Mesbon inspects polyamide chips on receipt to ensure compliance with production specifications of purity, adhesiveness and water absorbency ability.
As part of Mesbon's quality-assurance process, any raw material which does not conform to Mesbon's requirements is rejected and the supplier is requested to replace the rejected material accordingly.
